Cold Caller/Appointment Setter

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.

Responsibilities

-Complete outbound campaigns daily and weekly as assigned.
-Perform designed number of outbound call tasks comparable to, but possible exceeding 150 tasks per day.
-Accept inbound calls and schedule appointments when needed.
-Complete any additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements
Amenable to work US Timezone
2 years or more of customer service experience
Enthusiastic and Positive Attitude
Good verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivation
Proficiency with computers
Must be able to multi-task
Must be a solution-oriented problem solver
Customer Satisfaction focused

Speed and efficiency
Ability to type >50 words per minute at a minimum
