What you will be doing:
- Maintain corporate financial records in compliance with Australian regulations.
- Project Accounting
- Assist in the Development of Financial Administration and Control
- Liaise with management to ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Data processing of Accounts Payable invoices
- Reconciliation of Supplier and Client accounts
- Daily posting of bank transactions
- Data entry
- Maintain project financial records including system files and electronic records
- Responding to and actioning both client and internal queries via phone and email
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as requested.


Who we are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills
- Background in accounting, preferably project accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards is a plus
- Experience in project management software and XERO is an advantage.
