Full-time Video Editor and Graphic Designer

Location: Remote (AEDT Time Zone)

About Us:

A leading name in the coaching space, we are looking to expand our operations and marketing capabilities. Our operations have a keen emphasis on quality content production, and we require a talented individual to further elevate our offerings.

Responsibilities:

1. Editing 2 podcast videos per week: 1 long form (60 mins) and 1 short form (30 mins).
2. Producing podcast reels, averaging 7 per week, with potential ranges from 2-10.
3. Designing weekly podcast episode graphics.
4. Creating reel and Instagram photo templates for video and photo graphic designs.
5. Crafting YouTube thumbnails.
6. Generating templates for IG stories such as episode announcements, weekly episode drops, results videos, and templated endings for reels (e.g., “new episode every Tuesday”).

Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM AEDT Mon - Fri

Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Canva is a bonus. However, candidates are welcome to use their preferred tools, ensuring quality and compatibility with our current formats.

We aim to reach the standard of creators like Gary Vee and Alex Hormozi with enhanced B-roll footage, graphics, and dynamic text.

Preference will be given to individuals who can demonstrate an ability to improve upon our current formats.
We are flexible regarding software/tools used as long as they meet our quality standards and are compatible with our existing assets.
