We are now looking for a reliable and efficient administrative assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing information online and documenting your findings in a clear and concise way. We will also ask you to help organise our internal processes and work environments + provide general support to the management.??You will be provided with SOPs, but we will welcome your input in improving said SOPs. Ideally, you will become more skilled than us in organising our day-to-day operations. You will cover the admin side, so we can focus on production.

Daily interactions with the team + occasional client interactions means that English proficiency is a must.??Instructions on how to apply are provided at the end of this job description.?

Responsibilities

- Source information online and document it in Google Sheets or ClickUp
- Present findings cleanly and coherently via Slack and Loom
- Create end of day / end of week reports on activities
- Follow SOP, but also propose SOP improvements + write new SOPs by yourself
- Source, track and organise incoming content from our clients + upload content to Webflow (training will be provided)

Requirements

- English proficiency - highest levels of reading & listening comprehension are required
- Have at least 4 working hours overlap with EST
- Ability to absorb tasks quickly through Slack & Loom
- General tech savviness: know your way around a browser, around Slack, Loom, Google Suite, online forms etc.
- Self-sufficiency: work out what you need to get started, ask for quick help if you’re blocked and keep the ball rolling
