Shopify Store Project Lead

Have you ever rapidly scaled a Shopify store from $1K to a $100K/mo? Do you have what it takes to turn revenue into profits, create new products, and increase AOVs?

At Creatiphe - we hold several ECom businesses and we’re looking for someone to help rapidly scale them up, manage operations, and do everything right for a great reward. Currently we need support for supplements store —> but there’s a lot more in the backlog to test and develop.

**Responsibilities:**

- Have a strong grip on conversion rate optimization to including strategies that play with different visuals, A/B tests, pricing strategies, and other design elements.
- Have a strong grip on managing digital ads - and returning high ROAS for ECom space ($100K+ spend)
- Have experience creating, and scaling Google Performance Max and Facebook ads for ---------- stores.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, and maximize revenue.
- Conduct product research to identify and test new products at a fast pace.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales potential.
- Manage marketing efforts - including building new ads, UGC campaigns, store reputation, and rapidly increasing ad spend.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to key stakeholders.
- Identify and implement website optimizations to enhance the user experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and supplements.

**Qualifications:**

- Extreme grit, drive, and ‘figure-shit-out’ attitude.
- Proven experience in managing and growing Shopify stores, with atleast $100K in revenue.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with supplements industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Salary**

- Fixed market-competitive base salary.
- A small share of profits.
