Job Summary:

As a Twitter Paid Ads Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company by attracting new clients interested in our offshore staffing services. You will be responsible for creating and implementing effective ad strategies, optimizing ad campaigns, and achieving impressive results with small budgets, all while promoting our services to a U.S.-based audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Ad Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive Twitter ad strategies to attract potential U.S. clients interested in offshore staffing ---------- mpaign Management: Create and manage Twitter ad campaigns, including ad set-up, targeting, budget management, and ad copywriting, tailored to a U.S. audience.

Budget Optimization: Maximize ROI by efficiently managing advertising budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness in acquiring new clients.

Ad Creatives: Work with graphic designers and copywriters to develop compelling ad creatives that effectively convey the benefits of our offshore staffing ---------- dience Targeting: Define and refine audience targeting parameters to reach U.S. businesses and decision-makers seeking staffing solutions.

A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad performance, refine strategies based on data-driven insights, and adapt to market trends.

Performance Analysis: Monitor ad campaign performance, gather data, and produce insightful reports to demonstrate ROI and provide recommendations for improvements.

Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest Twitter advertising trends, features, and best practices to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and competitive.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Twitter paid advertising with a strong track record of achieving excellent ROI for client acquisition.

Familiarity with Twitter Ads Manager and other Twitter advertising tools.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly for a U.S. audience.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
