Customer Support for BVG

You will work directly with the Creative Director and Owner of the business.

You will be doing the following tasks:
1. invoices for clients
2. create quotes that look good and are based on technical know-how that I will teach you about the pricing of balloon jobs
3. updating Canva templates based on instructions
4. write emails back to clients and handle leads
5. research and create lists of leads (data scraping)
