7 Figure Dojo is a leading business coaching program for school and academy owners, dedicated to helping business owners turn their passion into profit. Our mission is to empower martial arts school owners with the tools, knowledge, and strategies necessary to transform their businesses and lives. We are currently seeking a highly motivated sales appointment setter to assist in acquiring new clients.

Responsibilities:

As an appointment setter your primary responsibilities will include:

- Managing inbound leads from online marketing campaigns and setting appointments our sales advisors
- Reaching out via Instagram and Messenger using our proven Lead Conversion cold DM strategy
- Following up on leads in the pipeline to ensure timely conversion.
- Confirming booked appointments on behalf of our advisors via phone call, text, or email.
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with potential clients.

Requirements:
- Excellent English and communication skills, both written and verbal. (You will be talking on the phone with primarily English speaking potential clients.)
- Previous experience in sales is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn new skills.
- Stable internet connection
- Fast computer for our CRM
- Reliable microphone / call headset
- Quiet area to make calls
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK US HOURS - this is graveyard shift


YOUR COMPENSATION PACKAGE?
Starting Pay: $5 per hr
$1.00 - Per set appointment
$5.00 - Per showed appointment
$25.00 - for every new client enrollment

Average calls per day = 100
Average appointments set per day = 3 (rockstar talent could do more!)

On target earnings potential per month
$800 base
$60 booked (60 booked - 3 per day)
$150 showed (30 show - 50% show rate))
$250 enrolled clients bonus (35% closing rate 10 enroll)
On Target Earnings Total = $1260
