ORDER MANAGEMENT AUTOMATION SETUP

Need automation setup for order tracking using: Airtable & Trello, Make.com Jotforms and Gmail.
Need Jotform submission to trigger an email to AND add a record to Airtable.
Need additional triggers from forms to update the status of the record as it goes through business processing.
Need this done for a few forms and need expertise in setup of airtable.
