Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Actively reach out to apartment complexes and landlords to introduce our Airbnb subleasing proposition.
Follow-ups: Engage with potential leads, answer their queries, and nurture relationships to transform interest into collaborations.
Data Recording: Maintain a comprehensive database of all calls made, feedback received, and the status of potential leads.
Report Generation: Create weekly/monthly reports highlighting the results, conversions, and any challenges faced during calls.
Feedback Loop: Collaborate with the management team to refine and enhance our approach based on feedback and outcomes from the calls.

Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, customer service or a similar role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with basic data recording tools and software.
