Short Form Content Editor

I'm looking for someone to join my business to be able to edit all of my short form content that I post on Instagram. I have a personal brand and need someone reliable who can do the editing style I am looking for.
I am looking for the best editor to produce high-quality edits for me in 4k.
You will already need to have your video editing software set up.
You will work with me 1 on 1 to strategize new ideas, change edits, and get our posting strategy working great!
It is a requirement that you have great english, very fast computer, and video editing software that will allow you to send me the edited files in 1080p or 4k.
In order to qualify for a potential interview, please reply with at least 3 reels you have edited for others.
The style I am looking for are simple captions, transitions, and high quality.
