Senior Accountant

Job description:
Corporate accounting for U.S.-based public companies. Employment Type: Full-time/Freelance/ Remote
Salary: Php40,000 (negotiable)
Responsibilities:
* As a Senior Accountant you’re likely to show initiative each day identifying and working on accounting and commercial issues.
* You are expected to talk to your supervisor on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
*A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business
*Preferably from a top university in the Philippines
*At least 3 years of related CPA accounting work experience; or a graduate degree and at least 4 years of related work experience.
*Previous U.S. public company 10Q and 10K filing experience.
*Financial modeling skills including experience building models from scratch.
*Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects.
Ideally, you’ll also have some previous valuation experience in professional services/Big 4 Firm + Financial modeling experience.
*We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, analytical, logical thinkers with a passion for accounting and have a very strong attention to detail.
*You should be a neat freak with very high English comprehension in written and oral.
*Being a strong team player is critical with the ability to adapt to changing requirements or deadlines in support of our clients goals.
