In need of Information Callers

You will be gathering information from people with real estate ads posted online. A portion of the job will be on the phone, following a script, and collecting information. NO SALES or telemarketing. This is an easy to follow script and we will provide contact names and phone numbers and you will be calling people who are expecting to be called.

Required Skills:

1. Pleasant telephone voice, good communications skills, fluent in English, and does not have a strong accent.
2. Previous outbound calling experience.
3. Ability to Follow Directions
4. Assertive but Friendly Telephone Manner
5. Ability to customize the script as needed.
6. Great attitude, personality, self-motivated, team player, honest and reliable
7. Ability to work the following hours -(US)

Technology Requirements:
1. Must have own fast and reliable computer & internet connection.
(High speed Cable or Dsl - able to make VOIP calls)
2. VOIP phone system ex. magic jack

Individual will need to be reliable and because of time difference may need to be flexible enough to call at various hours.
