Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing:
- Review, edit, and assemble video footage in conjunction with podcast audio to produce engaging long-form podcast videos.
- Incorporate creative visual elements, graphics, and animations that complement the audio content.
- Ensure consistency in visual style, pacing, and quality across episodes.

2. Collaboration:
- Attend production meetings to provide input and feedback on episode structure and visual content.

3. Post-Production:
- Color correct and grade footage to achieve a consistent look and mood across episodes.
- Collaborate with the audio team to synchronize visuals with enhanced audio, ensuring a cohesive viewing experience.

4. Quality Control:
- Conduct final reviews of edited videos to identify and address any visual or audio discrepancies prior to publication.
- Ensure all content adheres to the company's branding and quality standards.

5. Archiving and Organization:
- Keep video files, graphics, and project folders systematically organized.
- Archive raw and edited materials following company protocols.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 experience in video editing, preferably in long-form content.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of video dynamics, color grading, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passionate about podcasting and visual storytelling.
