Customer Support

We are looking for long term, full time personnel to join our remote staff at our online real estate listing company. In addition to great customer service skills (phone calls, LiveChat HelpDesk tickets), successful candidates need to have a proven track record in working in the real estate industry in multiple areas (listings, MLSs, closings, etc)
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with great phone voice, written ability, and customer service skills
- Minimum 3 years real estate experience required
- Willing to work a full-time position (40 hours) in Eastern Time
- Flexibility with schedule including nights and weekends (in Eastern Time)
- Fast learner very important
- Have great work ethic
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Minimum 2 computer screens in home office
