Key Responsibilities:
- Support Development Initiatives: Assist in the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and consumer trends.
- Prototype Development: Assist in creating and revising product prototypes based on feedback.
- Vendor Collaboration: Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to gather product specifications, samples, and ensure timely delivery.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Assist in product testing phases to ensure they meet internal and external quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintain organized records of product specifications, revisions, and feedback.


What You Bring to the Table:
- College/Bachelor’s degree in business, projects, communication, teaching, art or related fields.
- At least 2 years in a related role.
- Project experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Team spirit: Excel independently and collaboratively.
- Integrity, a stellar work ethic, attention to detail, and high standards.

Skills We Value:
- Proficient with using Canva
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and Google Suite.
- Professional demeanor complemented by strong customer service skills.
- Mastery in managing time, organizing tasks, and critical problem solving.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 4:30pm Eastern Time (EST/EDT) negotiable
