Project Coordinator - CargoWise

ToGather Solutions rapidly expanding consultant and logistics solutions provider, specializing in streamlining and optimizing supply chain operations for our clients. We pride ourselves on delivering innovative and efficient solutions that drive success in the ever-evolving global logistics landscape. As we continue to expand, we are looking for experienced CargoWise Project Coordinators to join our team.

With your experience in CargoWise, Freight forwarding, and logistics, you will be working on a comprehensive and cutting-edge logistics platform. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and integration of CargoWise One into their supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Handle email Helpdesk Tickets
• Update Global Task Timelines/Deadlines in Central Database
• Ensure Task deadlines are always met and chased with the key stakeholders
• Understand customer processes and Configure CargoWise
• Prepare Process Documentation

Qualifications and Experience desired:

• Experience using CargoWise One software
• Strong project management coordination skills
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• CargoWise One certification is a plus.
