The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. He/She is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the AM will should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all client communications, compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
Source new contracts and manage contract renewals for existing client.
Follow up deliverables and payment collections.
Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
Reports to VP of Sales, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
