Automation Specialist / Operations Specialist

Our company offers services to digital businesses where we help optimise clients' operations and processes by creating and implementing custom solutions with automation tools like ---------- .
We're hiring for an Operations Specialist who has particular experience in building automations.
Practical info:
- Full-time (40 hrs/week), but with potential for upside if more tasks are desired to be taken on
- Fully remote with flexible hours
- A lot of independent work
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating current processes of clients' processes / operations from the POV of how it can be optimised with automations of processes and/or changes in the tech stack to integrate better tools
- Drafting suggestive solutions to optimise given clients' processes with our team
- Building end-to-end workflows and automations to streamline and improve operational processes at scale. This may include backend automations but can also include building applications with no-code tools.
Must haves:
- Extensive experience with modern tech stacks and automation tools like Zapier/Make/n8n/AirOps
- Very detail-oriented and commitment to accuracy
- Obsession with optimization of processes and scalability
- A broad understanding of the operational side of digital businesses (services, software, digital products)
- Clear communication skills
- Not shy of giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Naturally aims for excellence to go above and beyond
- Can work without needing one's hand held, i.e., can work independently and is good at problem-solving
Nice to haves:
- Experience with Notion
- Avid follower of all things AI, automation and optimization
