As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the overall success of our organization by managing various human resources functions. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and more.
The ideal candidate is a dedicated professional who can handle various HR tasks and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Selecting and advancing highly qualified candidates.
- Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Organizing new hire orientation and onboarding
- Timekeeping maintenance and adjustments
- Reporting employee timekeeping violations
- Notifying supervisors of employee time off requests
- Prepare payroll for submission
- Document and provide feedback on employee encounters and meetings
- Tracking employee career paths and goals
- Notifying/reminding supervisors of upcoming review opportunities
- Providing input on employee manual and policies
- Other general administrative duties as needed
