Great Graphic Designer Role - Web

We are looking for a talented graphic designer specialising in website design and related elements.

This is a full-time position in a virtual team, working from home.

My company is based in Sydney, Australia. We create high quality websites for mostly mid-sized businesses. Our strategic advantage is that we develop websites with the goal of attracting the right audience and generating real (measured) income for our clients. Our sites do not just look pretty, They actually work!

For this reason you need to be not just good at designing beautiful websites, but have a keen interest in how people think and interact with user interfaces, how to lead the eye of the user and make it super-attractive to press the right button/element on a page.

We tend to interact a lot within a friendly virtual team, so you won't be working in isolation. Your co-workers include web developers and content writers.

Requirements:
- available on Skype with voice during working hours
- fast reliable internet connection for graphic files sharing
- solid experience designing web pages with proven track record (min 4 years)
- flair for proportions, layout and colour schemes
- icon and graphic elements creation
- infographic creation
- attention to detail
- you love to learn and be creative in your own right
- sense of humour
