Video Editor To Create YouTube Shorts

I am looking to hire a YouTube Shorts Editor for Immediate Start.

You will be downloading my current YouTube videos and creating several YouTube Shorts for each one, using Pattern Interrupts, as well as a Call To Actions at the end (i.e. "Subscribe" "Then Watch Full Video ")

You will be able to download the videos from YouTube or my own YouTube channel

I am looking for someone who has already done YouTube Shorts video editing and understand how to best create them.
