THE JOB
Ever thought about how launching 2-3 game-changing products this quarter could make a real impact? Well, now's your shot. At Creatiphe, we're all about fast-paced product development and testing. You'll be diving into new digital products, services, and assets, working closely with a dynamic team. Basically, you'll be the go-to pilot for multiple projects at once.
WHY DO THIS
- Hands-on fun work - your products, funnels, and launches will make a real $ impact.
- No same days: Expect every day to be completely different from the last in this early-stage environment. You’ll be juggling multiple projects and prioritizing as you see fit to help progress everything under your direct report, the CEO.
FOCUS:
- Accelerated project planning and coordination: You’ll be playing a rapid execution role and launching 2-3 products every 60 days working with contractors.
- Effectively oversee the project timeline and assume complete responsibility for the launch process.
- Running post-launch marketing support - including conversion rate optimization and funnel management with the marketing team.
- Efficiently coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring swift and clear communication.
- Expedited-Stakeholder Engagement: Quickly interface with clients, CEO, and internal teams to expedite key decisions and unsolved mysteries.
- Manage the cost of
- Provide real-time updates on project progress, risks, and milestones.
- Proactively address and resolve issues to maintain accelerated project
- Maintain up-to-date and concise project documentation, including real-time status reports, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Work with technology, design, and marketing contractors to successfully launch new projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience managing pilot projects in a fast-paced tech environment with a focus on rapid execution.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on speed and efficiency.
- Technology acumen - understanding of basic tech stack for digital assets and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, especially in a high-paced context.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Hands-on experience of managing marketing tech - such as GTM,
