As Load Corrections you will be responsible for the day to day operations of delivered loads. Working closely with the Operations Team to ensure top level customer service and effectively operate loads. You will focus on data entry, efficiency, adding value, and obtaining any missing documentation.

What You'll Do:
Provide best-in-class service to assigned core customers through excellent communication
Work closely with Operations Team daily to manage each delivered load
Building loads by completing data entry from customer provided information
Secure pick up and delivery appointments with customer
Obtaining documentation for delivered loads such as BOLs, lumpers, and signed PODs etc
Manage issues and create solutions by collaborating with sales teams, account managers and carrier teams
Create and maintain tracking and scheduling SOP docs for assigned accounts
Check paperwork once the load has been delivered
