Customer Service and Marketing Administrator

We are a UK based Music Mentorship Company called SCALE - helping musicians to write, record ,release and promote their next record.

The Role:
We are looking for a Customer Service and Marketing Administrator with EXCELLENT English to manage our clients and to support us with our marketing campaigns.

The roles you will be completing daily are:

- Responding to clients enquiries
- managing CRM - Customer Relations Management
- Scheduling sales calls and customer consultations
- Uploading content to social media
- Engaging on Facebook and Instagram and sending messages
- Managing multiple emails
- Checking in with the SCALE management team
- Sundry administrative tasks

This is a part time position with the potential to grow to a full time job quickly.

You will be required to start at 4PM (in the Philippines) on a daily basis initially, Mon - Friday.

You will be paid for 2 hours per day to begin with (10 hours per week), working towards 8 hours per day in the future.
