Cold Caller for Real Estate Investor

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Outbound Appointment Setters / Cold Callers for a real estate investment ---------- this position, you will be the first point of contact with potential sellers, and your role is crucial in identifying opportunities, gathering property information, and setting appointments for our Acquisition Managers. If you have excellent communication skills, are self-motivated, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners who may be interested in selling their properties.
Build rapport and establish a positive first impression with potential sellers.
Gather property details, assess seller motivation, and identify potential leads for the company.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM ---------- t appointments with qualified leads for our Acquisition Managers.
Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications
Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive phone manner.
Strong organizational skills and attention to ---------- lf-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with real estate or wholesaling is a plus but not required.
Must be comfortable using CRM software and other communication tools.
Strong proficiency in English is required for effective communication with potential sellers and tea ---------- mbers.
A fast and stable internet connection is essential for conducting outbound calls
