SEO & Web Marketing Expert Wanted

We are a fast growing company servicing the Real Estate industry across North America, We are looking for an individual to take ours/clients SEO/Marketing to the next level of online success.
As our new SEO & Web Marketing coordinator you will define and execute a strategy focused on driving growth in revenue by driving opportunities with new clients.


What you need:

Must speak/write English at an advanced level

3+ years of experience driving and optimizing SEO campaigns
Strong understanding of web analytics
Experience with social media marketing and buzz generation
Prior experience in a SEO role a plus
Undergraduate degree with experience in Marketing preferred
Strong knowledge for quality link building strategies
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies
Strong quantitative skills, ability to quickly analyze data and act on it in the best way to maximize performance
Strong knowledge of the use of social media for optimum SEO performance
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Absolute ability to get it done without constant supervision
Ability to work well with others on the web development and marketing team
SEO ideas, features, and experiments
Analyze the competition, conduct keyword research; and write on page optimizations
Identify duplicate content, broken links, and other potential issues
Manage XML site maps, and relationships with search engines
Develop and manage site standards for SEO best practices
Manage all off page SEO including manual directory submissions, manual search engine submissions to Google, Yahoo, and Bing, search submission verification, performance
reports, social bookmarking, offsite blog/forum postings, link building and blog
