Job Description:
Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for real estate? CF Ventures is looking for a Real Estate Outbound Lead Generation Associate to join our team. This performance-based position requires you to be the first point of contact with potential clients, sourcing real estate opportunities through cold calling and other prospecting strategies.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers using provided contact lists or ---------- roduce CF Ventures' real estate solutions, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Engage potential customers persuasively to generate interest and qualify leads.
Overcome objections and communicate value propositions effectively.
Document and update customer information in the CRM system.
Schedule appointments or arrange follow-up calls with qualified leads.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies during customer interactions.
Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling or similar sales roles is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Persuasive and confident with the ability to engage customers over the phone.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn new systems.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
