Responsibilities:

• Maintain Clear Communication: You'll be the soothing voice of Serenity Clean, ensuring that everyone's on the same page.

• Client Communication: You'll charm our clients with your impeccable communication skills.

• Scheduling and Rescheduling: Be the maestro of our booking software, making sure everything runs smoothly.

• Updating Notes and Service: Keep detailed records and ensure we always deliver top-notch service.

• Billing and Charges: Manage the financial side of things with grace and accuracy.

• Internal Tea ---------- mbers: Collaborate with the Serenity Clean team to ensure every task is as smooth as silk.

• Client Feedback: Gather and address client feedback, always striving to improve.

• Customer Retention: Make sure our clients stay as loyal as a lifelong friend.

• Capable of Making Tough Decisions: Sometimes, you'll need to make those hard calls for the good of the company.

• Re-cleans and Refunds: Handle those rare cases when we fall short and ensure our clients leave with smiles.

• Addressing Negative Reviews/Feedback: Turn frowns upside down and show clients how we make things right.

• Keeping the HR Coordinator in the Loop: Keep our HR coordinator informed about client feedback and workload gaps.

Requirements:

• Solid Neutral American Accent: Your accent will be music to our clients' ears.

• Strong Communication Skills: Your words are your wand, so make sure they're magical!

• Ability to ALWAYS be Agreeable: "I agree!" should be your mantra.

• Customer Focus: You love making our clients' days better.
