Position Overview: As a Direct Message Appointment Setter, you will be a crucial part of our social media marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients and set up appointments for our marketing and sales teams to explore potential collaboration opportunities. You will use Instagram and Facebook to reach out to potential clients through direct messages, build rapport, and schedule appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients on Instagram and Facebook direct messages, and Emails
Craft compelling and personalized messages to initiate or respond to conversations.
Build relationships and engage with prospects to understand their needs and preferences.
Schedule appointments with qualified leads for our marketing and sales teams.
Maintain accurate and organized records of communication and appointments through the software platform that we use.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth handover of appointments.
Will be using Go High Level CRM platform to initiate and manage ongoing conversations.


Qualifications:
Proven experience in using Instagram and Facebook for business outreach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ---------- lf-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive approach.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations and appointments.
Knowledge of personal development, health and fitness, and sales is a plus.
