Amazon/Ebay/Etsy/Expert

We're in search of someone with a proactive, detail-oriented approach and assertive qualities to run our Ebay/Amazon/Etsy department. This person must be an experienced expert in managing the intricacies of Amazon Seller Central, Ebay and Etsy expert, and Wal-Mart seller experience is preferred. Must possess a solid, multi-year track record.

Key duties:

* Manage and enhance our Amazon/Ebay/Etsy accounts, which involves tasks such as product listings, pricing, marketing, inventory control, responding to customers, and processing orders..
* Engage with Amazon/Ebay/Etsy support teams to resolve any issues associated with the account and ensure alignment with Amazon/Ebay/Etsy’s policies and guidelines.
* Study sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint potential areas for growth and enhancement.
* Team up with our marketing team to create and implement successful plans aimed at boosting sales and profitability.
* Remain current with industry developments and recommended methods to continuously improve our Amazon/Ebay/Etsy sales strategy.
* Stay on top of customer inquiries, and customer orders to make sure all inquiries and orders are processed in a timely fashion.

* Expertise in the operation of Amazon/Ebay/Etsy accounts.
* Demonstrates a keen analytical and data-focused mindset to leverage data for guiding business judgments.
* Outstanding communication and people skills, with the capability to create and nurture associations with important partners.
* Solid grasp of Amazon/Ebay/Etsy's policies, guidelines, and recommended approaches.
* Mastery in handling diverse issues that might arise on the Amazon/Ebay/Etsy platforms.
* Staying current and applying updates to product specifications.
* Engaging in data analysis, evaluating conversion rates and exposures, and making data-driven decisions. Fostering creativity, recognizing growth potential, and presenting concepts, like proposing new product variations, bundles, and product recommendations.
* Considerable experience with Google Sheets, Slack, and Trello.
* Experience in the Wal-Mart selling platform is a valuable bonus.
