JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there, with the new year brings new opportunities. This year we've seen our sales for our online business really take off!

I'm looking to hire 2-3 highly skilled virtual assistants who can help me take my business to a new ---------- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

I have VA's that have been working with us for over 6 years. We don't hire often, but we find that when we do, people tend to stick around.

We are a very successful Amazon reseller, that thrives on providing exceptional customer service for our customers. Our proprietary techniques of identifying products for sale help us finding winning products to sell quickly and efficiently on Amazon. To date, we've done well over $10 million in sales on Amazon.

Right now, we are looking to bring you directly on to our team to work with us!

In order to be considered for this job, you must not have another job, or if you do, it cannot interfere with your hours for us. We only want full-time employees.

English speaking and writing is a definite must, as you will be working with US-based customers and retailers.

We do currently have a solid team of VA's, we are looking to hire 2 or more almost immediately for the upcoming holiday rush and beyond. You'll be working on your own tasks (fulfilling orders, processing customer service responses, etc) in a highly collaborative environment. You will need to coordinate with other members of the team. So, you must have the ability to work in a group setting and play well with others.

The hours you will be working will more than likely be the nighttime shift in the Philippines. Your hours will be assigned by your team lead. You must be willing to work during our business hours here in the United States, and some weekend work is required. You will be expected to work 40 hours/week.

All training will be provided for this position. All training is paid, but you should be able to be productive on your first shift. Starting salary is $350 a month, with the potential for increases if you do great work for us. Our top VAs makes significantly more than the starting salary. We like to invest in our VA's, so plan on learning valuable e-commerce and customer service skills, and be in it for the long haul.

Experience doesn't matter, but you do need to be efficient on a computer and know your way around the internet.

Your job responsibilities will, preliminarily, be placing fulfillment orders with our merchants. However, it will likely expand to include some of the following: listing items for sale on Amazon, verifying product inventory accuracy, marking orders as shipped, handling customer service and returns.

We will only consider applicants who have taken the English exam, and a major emphasis will be placed on you taking the DISC test that Onlinejobs.ph provides to you.
