freelanceengine configuration

I have a WordPress themed site that i would like some work done on it. simple jobs, like homepage, forms, etc. i have an example of what i would like to finish product to look,feel and function as. the successful applicant will need to be very knowledgeable in WordPress and seo as this will be an ongoing job.
