GRAPHIC DESIGNER, E-COMMERCE SUPERSTAR! - LONG TERM POSITION

SUMMARY:
• Location: Virtual
• Experience: 5+ years Graphic Design Experience in Sporting Goods, Apparel or related industry
• Experience: 5+ years E-Commerce Web Design/Developer Experience
• Commitment: Full-time 30 hours, M-F 1pm-7pm US PST (4am-10am Manila time).
• Compensation: $10/hour + 13th month bonus + $50 Health and SSS Benefit Allowance/mo.

Synergy Wetsuits ( ---------- ), a triathlon wetsuit, apparel and accessories company based in Minden, NV USA is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer & E-Commerce Coordinator who has the passion and drive to be a part of something special. Successful candidate will support Senior Graphic Designer, manage company e-commerce websites, social media presence, and serve as an integral part of our Sales and Marketing team. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has a great attitude, and can consistently perform at the highest level with minimal supervision.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Successful candidate will support Executive staff, Senior Graphic Designer, manage company websites, create ad campaigns and marketing materials for product release, and serve as an integral part of our Sales and Marketing team. Must be available to work M-F 1pm-7pm US PST (4am-10am Manila time).

You must be able to pass a background check.

MUST HAVES:

• Bachelor’s Degree is strongly recommended.
• 5+ years of graphic design, sales and marketing experience in the endurance sporting goods, apparel or related industry.
• 5+ years of e-commerce website management.
• Proficiency and access to Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Expert photo editing skills (image retouching, background removal).
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel. Outlook); ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong desire to learn and educate about company products/technology.
• Must have strong communication skills. This includes the ability to write and speak clearly in a variety of settings to deliver a clear message in all deliverables.
• Ability to create and improve processes. Must be a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, analytical ability, and strategic planning.
• Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism in communication, with customers, peers, and management.
• Must be available able to work M-F 1pm-7pm US PST (4am-10am Manila time) and use time tracker during shifts.

NICE TO HAVES:

• Amazon Seller Central FBA experience.
• A passion for and participation in the sports we serve.
• Intimate knowledge of triathlon, competitive swimming and/or sporting goods industry is a ---------- SENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Executive staff and Senior Graphic Designer with projects.
• Create/Manage e-commerce websites.
• Create/Manage social media campaigns for new product release.
• Create/Manage product images for online stores.
• Communicate internally with Executive staff regarding sales & marketing issues by identifying problems and coordinating appropriate corrective action.
• Assist in designing new products.
• Complete all reports and records required and submit on a timely basis.
