Customer Service for Brand Luxury Beauty | Full Time

International Luxury Beauty brand present in 12 countries seeks a Customer Service person to work from home.

Must be a smart person who does not just give predefined answers but understands the situation and solves the root of the problem.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle high workloads and stress
- Availability full time (8h) Mon-Fri. Approximately morning to late afternoon

You will handle customer support requests on Whatsapp, Email and if requested by phone call. You will help them better use products, track orders , solve shipping problems, etc.

PAY: You will have a fixed salary of $4/hour.

BONUS 1: If customers buy more because of you, you will get a % on their generated sales.

BONUS 2: If deserving, you will have the opportunity to become Manager of the Customer Service department, managing the team under you, taking $6/8 per hour.
