As a SEO Specialist-PodcastPromoter, you will be working with a dedicated team to strategize, plan, and execute marketing efforts to grow the audience, awareness, and revenue for the podcast channel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the promotion of the podcasts shows through SEO on webpage, show descriptions and blog entries.
- Conduct market research to learn more about the audience or find new ideas for the podcast.
- Create show notes with integrated SEO for website publication
- Track analytics, metrics, or audience feedback to assess the podcast's success and to help make informed suggestions on ways to improve the podcast to attract more listeners.
- Develop new and innovative strategies to engage the audience, build up fan communities across platforms and raise awareness of the podcast channel.
- Ensure that all podcast ads are running smoothly and effectively.
- Research SEO and optimize backend metadata
Skills:
- Extremely organized and able to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality.
- Confident communicator with strong writing skills, as he/she may need to write scripts, draft a program description or other promotional content.
- Previous experience in podcast marketing.
- Solid understanding of the podcast industry.
- The ability to collaborate
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- A solutions-oriented mindset.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing.
- Strong connections with external podcast networks is a plus.

This position reports to the CEO and works in support of the DWTM team.
Schedule:
Part-time flexible shift
Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work
