This position requires the candidate to be able to speak perfect English as communicating with customers via phone is a requirement.

**Training will be provided**

This is a part time to full time position as the company expands.

Core tasks for the position:
- Collect payments from customers via phone and text
- Follow up with customers regarding returns to confirm they have dropped them off with shipping carriers.
- Organize when customers can make payments and refunds into team calendar.
