Marketing Project Manager (Work from Home)

SMBC Marketing Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly effective Project Manager with excellent communication skills! The Company would like to onboard an individual who is highly trainable, can effectively engage with potential clients, and will help the business grow.

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and/or virtual events.
· Develop a detailed project plan and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
· Act as the point of contact among business unit heads, employees, clients, and other external partners.
· Take charge in calling potential clients to join the company’s organized virtual events. Must have excellent English communication skills to attract potential clients.
· Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
· Create and maintain comprehensive project and/or virtual events documentation.
· Co-work with in-house video editors to edit, stream, compress, and upload video advertisements and/or episodes (OBS Studio, Adobe Premiere)
· Create subscription forms
· Assist with file management tasks
· Assist in other project management and marketing tasks assigned by the business unit heads.

QUALIFICATIONS
· Excellent command of the English language, both speaking and writing
· Excellent client-facing and communication skills
· Must be exceptionally organized and with good time management

REQUIREMENTS
· Stable internet connection, with at least 25 MBPS download and upload speed
· Back-up prepaid Wi-Fi/internet connection is available on standby
· Must have own computer with minimum specs to perform the job function.

Work Condition: Full time
Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Work Schedule: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Central Time, actual work schedule may vary)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
Time Zone: Central Daylight/Standard Time
Work Set up: Remote
