We are seeking a versatile professional to take on the role of Scrum Master, responsible for supervising and guiding Scrum teams and overseeing project management tasks. As a Scrum Master, you will ensure that development teams adhere to Scrum framework values and agile practices while effectively managing projects. This dynamic role involves mentoring and inspiring teams to improve procedures, coordinating meetings and decision-making processes, removing team barriers, and overseeing project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
Schedule and facilitate Scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
Monitor progress and performance, aiding teams in making improvements.
Plan and organize product/system testing and demos.
Foster collaborative processes and eliminate impediments for the Scrum team.
Track project processes, deliverables, and financials.
Prepare and present status reports.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
Proficiency in agile methodology, techniques, and ---------- monstrated leadership and management experience.
Exceptional people and project management skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
