Digital Asset Metadata Specialist

Digital Asset Metadata Specialist Starting Rate: $6/hour + 13th month pay(with good performance)

Summary – We are looking for a detail-oriented quick-learner with Excellent English. This job will start at Part-time 20 hours/week. You will be responsible for tagging product images with proper meta data, (eg. Title, description, type, keywords etc.) This position will give you opportunity to work within a marketing department of a large US corporation. You will be trained in various cloud software including Sitecore Content Hub and Adobe Bridge. You will report directly to the marketing manager.

REQUIRED: Available Online working hours Weekdays 8AM-Noon EST (8PM-Midnight PH time), more flexible hours available when requested.
REQUIRED: Fluency in English and with near-perfect pronunciation (Very Important), excellent internet connection. Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills.
REQUIRED: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
REQUIRED: Must use Time-tracking software- Hubstaff(will be provided)

Responsibilities (You will be trained for all items below)

Familiarize with company product portfolio
Create content sheet for product photos
Apply/embed metadata to all assets in Adobe Bridge
Rename assets (Adobe Bridge) to the file naming convention that has been put into place
Renamed assets need to be added, direct published, and have product numbers associated in Content Hub
Support and communicate with Local marketing team with admin activities.

Additional qualifications working in PIM, DAM, or Cloud are a plus
