Associate Recruiter (Part ---------- Time)
Heavy Civil Resource Consultants (HCRC, Inc.) is looking for a Associate Recruiter to assist in our continued growth. This position has the potential to advance rapidly regarding income and promotions based on performance and placements.

Responsibilities:
• Following up on warm and cold leads via phone calls (approximately 65 calls per day)
• Evaluating resumes
• Creating an organized call list to get through each day
• Vetting Candidates
• Supporting the Senior Managing partner on follow up tasks, including the above tasks
• Build your earning potential, with $150K+/year potential for your second year
• Sourcing candidates and clients using LinkedIn and other technology partners
• Client and candidate management, including promoting our services to prospects
• Promote the company via video calls for prospective clients when necessary
• Drafting email marketing material for clients or candidates
• Managing email responses from your own automated campaigns accordingly
• Working with remote teams in organizing task, create task training material
• Co-Managing Remote teams

Requirements:
• High School Diploma - Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred
• Professional communication skills, written and oral
• Decent understanding of PCs and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Experience:
• Phone sales
• Cold Calling
• Familiarity with LinkedIn

Hours Available:
• 7am – 3pm Pacific US
