E-Commerce Website developer for a company that print Direct-To-Film (DTF)

Hello All,

We are printing Direct-To-Film (aka DTF) for companies and individuals that design and print on t-shirts etc. We are locally based but we want to expand and offer our services throughout the US. These films are available in either Hot peel or Cold peel and are available in different sizes. Customers will select the size if the film they want and will then upload the designs (can not be bigger than the size selected).

Once this part is done and it is live I would want to add some options like building a gang sheet.

The most important part for me is:
1. Quick page load.
2. Light and bright color scheme
3. Capture audience attention as soon the page loads.
4. Easy and quick navigation.

You must have:
1. 2-3 years documented experience in ecommerce development. Provide links to work you have done and a list of references.
2. Mastery of conversational American English.
3.. Computer, high-speed Internet connection.
4. Ability to “think” like our prospects and customers.
