YouTube Thumbnail Designer

Your job will be to design YouTube thumbnails for our clients.

This is the standard of graphic design we expect from you:

We’re a FAST-GROWING graphic design AND video editing agency that helps business owners grow their personal brand with YouTube content.

We’re ONLY looking for HUNGRY and AMBITIOUS graphic designers.

REQUIREMENTS:

1/ Must be available to design AT LEAST 3 thumbnails/day.

2/ Must have EXPERIENCE as a graphic designer with Photoshop.

3/ Must speak and write GREAT english.

4/ Must know the current YouTube trends to create great thumbnails.

HOW TO APPLY FOR THE JOB:

Do not answer with more than 1-2 sentences for each question or else your application will be deleted.

1- What’s your current situation (unemployed, college, job, etc.)? Explain clearly.

2- How much time do you have per day to design thumbnails?

3- At what time during the day are you available to work? (in the morning, evening, etc.)

4- At first, you will get paid $5 per thumbnail (without bonuses). Pay increases with merit & seniority. Are you OKAY with that?

5- Why do you want this position? And why do you think you’re a great fit?

6- What previous experience do you have as a thumbnail designer? How many years? What kind of projects etc.

7- What graphic design software do you currently use for your work?

8- PORTFOLIO: Paste the link to your portfolio on Google ---------- MUST BE IN A GOOGLE DRIVE FOLDER. WITH NO MORE THAN 10 OF YOUR BEST THUMBNAILS.
