We are an architectural interiors firm looking to add an administrative assistant to our team that is knowledgeable in order processing, and product management in the construction industry. Excellent English required as there will be communication with vendors and installation teams. Must be VERY detail orientated and have the ability to manage tasks and help team stay on track with deadlines. Must be good with numbers, and able to work in US Time Zone (Eastern Standard time). You would be working with a team including project managers and estimators - team work is vital part of our company. This will be a very selective hiring process. If you have not worked specifically in this industry and are not familiar with the software and process, there will be a considerable amount of training time required until you are able to work independently.
