15,000 php/month Graphic Designer

I'm looking for a special person who happens to also be a high graphic designer. I need someone to make some custom designs for necklaces of various shapes (circle, square, heart shapes), mugs, shirts, and other custom merchandise.

When you start, the starting pay will be 15,000 php a month, but as you progress then that amount will increase based on your performance and the performance of your work. I also give Bonuses each month based on those as well.

Here's some of the criteria that I'm looking for from
this special person:

- Has their own computer and high speed internet
connection.

- Speaks, Reads, and Writes English.

- Can work from home without distractions.

- Can use Skype.

- Has a PayPal account.

- Is willing to learn new things and can easily
be trained other skills.

- Can work full-time (40 hours per week)

HAS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

The qualities for the job are:

- Can create quality custom designs for T-shirts, Mugs, Necklaces in various shapes, etc.
- Can create these designs in a timely manner
- Can follow simple instructions
- Can work as a team member
- Can work in other areas and be trained if needed
