CMM Quality Programmer

Job Description:
Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) Programmer develops, maintains, and generates CMM programs used to inspect and verify production materials and components. Prepare CMM programs as required to CAD data. Reviews blueprints and specifications to establish correct inspection criteria following best practices.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in creating CMM programs.
• Minimum 3-4 Years, experience with CMM machines Hexagon / Zeiss
• Familiarity with CAD software.
• CMM programming experience utilizing PC-DMIS
• Excellent blueprint reading skills
• Understanding of GD&T
• Proficient computer skills (MS-Office)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent understanding of Mechanical Drawings, and tolerance in machined metal parts
