Real estate Lead Manager (Agent Outreach)

Looking for a Rockstar real estate Lead Manager - please ONLY APPLY IF you have all the requirements below.

Requirements:
- at least 2 years in real estate outbound cold-calling and texting
- at least 1 year of Lead Manager or Acquisition Manager experience
- experience in Agent Outreach for creative financing is a plus
- knowledege in creative financing is a plus
- very important... result-driven and have can-do attitude
- fluent in English, hard working and honest

Responsibilities:
- call real estate agents and pitch creative financing options for their sellers
- nurture and follow up leads/agents

Rate/schedule:
- schedule is 10am-4pm EST (Tue-Sat). Will make it 8 hours/day within a month
- $6-$7 per hour... plus $300-$700 bonus per closed deal
