Part time bookkeeper with lots of experience with US based clients

I need someone both educated and experienced in accounting and bookkeeping for US clients. The job includes, but is not limited to:

Reconciliation of sales reports. Calculating (and paying out) commissions/salaries for independent contractors CORRECTLY and ON TIME. P&L reports for each event. Full training will be provided for the above mentioned.

Managing Quickbooks online. Transferring current payroll system over to Quickbooks payroll and manage said Quickbooks payroll account. Paying of monthly sales taxes as well as payroll taxes. Familiarity with the IRS is a huge plus. Zero training provided for any of this. You need to be able to examine everything and figure out how to do it all on your own. I run a small company, so this isn't as much work as it sounds like. Your english should be satisfactory or better. This is not a customer service role so as long as we can understand each other, that will suffice.

Other than a few training hours at start, your hours are not set and you are free to work whichever hours you like, though you are expected to work ~20 hours a week, I will monitor your timeproof. We will be in communication with myself via WhatsApp.
