Role: Project Manager / Customer Support Agent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Spearhead client web development projects, ensuring unmatched precision and quality at each stage.
* Manage the project so the team has what they need to meet KPIs and deadlines.
* Expertly navigate the complexities of email automation marketing campaigns.
* Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing solutions synonymous with our reputation for excellence.
* Facilitate and lead Zoom training workshops, making certain our clients are empowered with knowledge.

YOUR PROFILE:

* Dedicated to client success by prompt support and genuine interest in helping them.
* Stellar communication skills with an ability to simplify the intricate.
* Ideally a solid grasp of web development and email automation, or an eager willingness to learn.
* A relentless commitment to customer satisfaction and knack for transforming challenges into solutions.
* A standard of excellence to relentlessly follow up with clients and tea ---------- mbers to meet deadlines for all projects.
* Comfort with leading virtual presentations and training sessions.
* Prior experience in project management or customer support, with bonus points for expertise in both.
