We are in search of an assistant to go through spread sheets that have been created with various products from amazon. You will need to be able to do the following; follow directions, know how to use excel, know how to find contact information on companies websites, know how to speak English, reply with wholesale in the subject line when applying for this job. Here is a step by step process of what this job will entail. We have created a training video for this job listing so when hired you will get an in depth review of the best way to complete these tasks.
1. To find the product listing, click the blue hyper link under column A. (start with the first blue link under column A.)
2. Once on the Amazon listing look below the title for the Brand name copy and paste the Brand name into column B.
3. Run a Google search with the Brand name looking for the company’s official website.
***(Key words may have to be added. For example if a Google search for “Nike” does not show a result for Nike’s official website try a Google search for “Nike’s Official Website”.)
4. Copy and paste the official website into column C.
***(If no official website is found after searching with other key words move on to the next product.)
5. Once on the official website look for contact information and/or a section for wholesale or dealer inquiries.
6. If there is a wholesale or dealer application on their website copy the URL of the page and paste in column D.
7. If a phone number is found copy and paste this to column E
8. If an email address is found or there is a section on their website to send them an email copy and paste either the email address or URL to column F
9. Move on to the next row follow steps 1-9 until the spread sheet is completed
